Engine wear is an inevitable problem for every vehicle.

1 Engine break-in wear phase
As the name suggests, break-in wear refers to the break-in stage of the components of a new car. Although the new car has been broken in when it leaves the factory, the surface of the parts is still relatively rough, and the break-in of the new car can improve the ability of each part of the car to adapt to the environment.
It should be noted that during the break-in period there will be some tiny metal particles falling off, these metal particles will affect the lubrication effect of the lubricant between the parts and increase the oil consumption, which need to be removed in time.
2 Natural Wear Stage
The natural wear stage of wear is slight, low wear rate and more stable.
Auto parts after the break-in period, the wear rate will slow down, which is also the normal use of the engine, do a good job of regular maintenance can be.
3 Collapse wear stage
When the vehicle is used for a certain number of years, the natural wear and tear has reached its limit, at this time the gap between the engine parts increased, the protective effect of the lubricating oil becomes worse, resulting in increased wear between the parts, the parts transfer precision decreased, noise and vibration, which indicates that the parts are about to lose the ability to work, the need to overhaul the vehicle or scrap processing.
What are the causes of engine wear?
1 Dust wear
The engine needs to inhale air when doing work, the dust in the air will also be inhaled, even after the air filter there will still be some dust will enter the engine.

Even with lubricants, this dust particle wear is not easily eliminated.
2 Corrosion wear
After the engine stops running, from high temperature cooling to low temperature, in the process of the engine internal temperature of the gas meets the temperature reduction of the metal wall condensation into water droplets, long-term accumulation will be serious corrosion of metal parts in the engine.
3 Corrosion and wear
Fuel in the combustion, will produce many harmful substances, these substances will not only corrode the cylinder, but also other parts of the engine, such as cam crankshaft and other corrosion.
4 Cold start wear
Most of the engine wear is caused by cold start, after the car engine stops for four hours, all the lubricating oil on the friction interface will flow back into the oil sump.
This time to start the engine, 6 seconds within the speed has been more than 1000 rpm, at this time if you use ordinary lubricants, the oil pump can not be timely lubricant to all parts. In a short time, dry friction with periodic loss of lubrication will be produced, which will cause serious and abnormal strong wear of the engine, and this strong wear is irreversible.
5 Normal wear
Where parts are in contact with each other, friction will inevitably occur, resulting in wear. This is one of the reasons why oil changes are often required.
