The reason why the oil pressure is always too low
Oil pressure sensor is usually installed in the main oil pipeline, if the oil pressure gauge oil pressure sensor is normal, and the oil pressure gauge indicates low pressure, according to the composition of the lubrication system and the oil circuit to analyze the cause of the failure.
Oil pressure sensor: the main reasons are poor oil circuit (such as filter clogging) or insufficient oil supply (such as insufficient oil volume) and lead to insufficient oil pressure.
Oil pressure sensor: the main reason for the oil circuit drain too fast (such as crankshaft bearing clearance over).

(1) Failure of the oil pressure gauge or blockage of the oil line leading to the pressure gauge. (3) Wrong grade of oil, low viscosity, making the oil too thin. Replace the oil with a new one that meets the specifications.
(4) The diesel engine is overloaded, making the oil temperature too high and thin. Reduce the diesel engine load, do not allow the period of overload work.

(5) Clogged oil filter collector reduces oil intake and low pressure. Clean the oil filter.
(6) The oil is too dirty, deteriorated over time, etc., so that the oil suction plate screen or oil passage is clogged. The oil should be replaced with new oil, and clean the screen oil channel.
(7) oil pump wear, so that the oil pump leakage increase, then the pump oil volume is reduced, or the oil pump paper gasket is damaged and leakage of oil. Can be compensated by reducing the oil pump end cap gasket thickness, such as pumping oil is still insufficient, should be repaired or replaced worn parts and damaged gaskets.
(8) The main bearing, connecting rod bearing, camshaft and bushing and other lubrication parts are worn, the clearance increases, and the lubricating oil leaks too much.

Failure of the oil pressure suddenly reduced
1. Generally the oil is serious leakage, such as oil filter leakage, oil sump rupture, etc.
2. In addition, the oil pump is damaged, such as oil pump gears and pump casing, pump shaft and bearings between the serious wear, or pump shaft fracture pressure regulator failure and other reasons, so that the oil pump can not establish a normal working pressure.
